Performance Index

Publish the record only when the record can carry the claim.

The Gen318 Performance Index is designed as a free, citable evidence report on distributed-energy reliability. Edition one will be an honestly scoped own-fleet pilot, not a pooled industry benchmark.

Release status

Hold

No edition has been published. There is no DOI, download or licence to cite yet.

01 · What the pilot will contain

Measured sections, visible denominators.

  • Fleet and observed denominators
  • Telemetry assurance — trusted and delivered together
  • Availability by recorded service model
  • Four-term hybrid supply identity
  • Failure causes and age at failure
  • Recurrence and first-visit resolution
  • Parts consumed per failure — never cost
  • Realised detector accuracy and typed limitations
02 · What keeps it honest

A release gate, not a launch date.

  1. 01At least 56 contiguous days of non-provisional, evaluable two-axis assurance evidence
  2. 02An executed publication instrument and explicit publication opt-in
  3. 03Named editor, exact cover window, annual month, licences and ISSN decision
  4. 04Registered Crossref DOI and Crossmark policy DOI
  5. 05PDF/A-2u validation, aggregate annex, checksums and detached manifest signature
03 · Method

No assumed denominator

Every ratio carries its numerator, denominator, true window and provisionality. An absent quantity prints its reason, never zero.

Verifiable artefacts

A conforming PDF, aggregate CSV annex, SHA-256 checksums and a signed manifest must agree before public serving can turn on.

Cross-tenant mode held

Pooled publication remains disabled until consent, contributor-floor, dominance, quality and release-review gates all pass.

04 · Published editions

No published editions.

Citation metadata and immutable downloads appear here only after a real edition passes every release gate.
